The newly formed group, Akanda, presents their wild rock and roll ride, Katatonika, at Divadlo na Pradle both weekends.  Described as a story of angst, misbegotten lust, and how the abnormal attains normality.

The award-winning Paper Birds return to Prague. In a Thousand Pieces tells the physical and visual tale of an Eastern European girl brutally forced into the British sex trade. Accompanied by live piano.

The Pen and Sword
Grieb - Striebling Productions | 18:00 - 19:00 Divadlo Na Prádle (22-25th)

The Pen and Sword explores the complications of having a death sentence placed on your head. With Adam Stewart, Antaress Felken, Gerry Turner, James Lambert, Nicole Grisco and Peter Hosking.

 Running Friday 22nd through Sunday the 30th performers from across the globe are set to delight festival-goers with an eclectic mix of theatre, cabaret, and music. Acts from as far a field as Australia, Canada, Scotland, Norway and Israel will set up camp in the Festival's 7 unique venues.

'The Fringe is a well-swirled mixing pot of international performance, with late night burlesque, verse, circus skills, dance, music, spoken word, comedy, cabaret and improvisation. No matter what your taste there's sure to be something to appeal to everyone' says festival director Steven Gove. 'Including for the first time at the Prague Fringe - live painting.'

The festival runs from May 22nd to the 30th.

TICKETS

Tickets can be purchased ahead of time at Divadlo Na Prádle, online from Ticketsteam, or at the performance venue starting 45 min before the performances that day.

Cost: 150 CZK | 50 CZK for students
