EEMEA Financial Analyst

Job description

 Produce timely and accurate reporting (Daily sales reports, Month end packages, P&L, Balance Sheet, Inventory or Cash Flow) for local management, Corporate Finance.

 Supports annual operating plan (AOP) for all countries within EEMEA region.

 Collect and consolidate inputs from the sales area managers for the bi-weekly Flash forecast and the 3 annual detailed Forecasts. Load quarterly forecast into Corporate systems.

 Explains trends, variances to budget and to forecast.

 Develop the necessary reporting to track costs.

 Answer ad-hoc requests from the various sales areas.

 Supports monthly close process for all EEMEA entities (document and maintain complete and accurate supporting information for all financial transaction), co-operates with external accounting providers, ensures that month accruals are correctly reviewed and included in the forecast.

 Maintains and books the accruals on a monthly basis, in coordination with the sales areas managers and their teams.

 Audit: prepare all supporting information for the annual audit and liaise with the external auditors as necessary.

Requirements

 At least 3 years of cumulated experience in the area of FP&A (Financial planning & analysis) / business support in a multi-national environment, preferably US company

 Background in Finance, Accounting, Business or IT (Master's degree or equivalent)

 Self-motivated, high energy individual

 Strong analytical skills, result & business/customer orientation

 Adaptive, ability to deal with matrix environment, sensitivity to cultural differences, ability to understand the perspectives of non-finance people

 Ability to work at multifunctional role in an international company strictly following external and internal SOPs and standards

 Fluent English is a must

 Accounting education and experience is a plus but not a must

 Strong computer literacy: MS Office is a must (advanced user of MS Excel and PowerPoint), experience with ERP systems is a plus (Oracle, SAP, JDE), experience with reporting and planning systems is a plus (HFM)
