  • Receives and answers customers inquiries
  • Informs customers about products and services provided by company
  • Separately solves basic customers problems and complaints
  • Analyzes and records information about inquiry content
  • Ensures the service support to the customers
  • Provides complete communication between "company" and dealers, or end users, including administrative works related

Requirements

Requirements

  • Native Finnish speaker plus advanced English, Swedish is a big plus
  • Experience in customer service/ helpdesk
  • Communication skills, Customer orientation, Willingness to learn new things
  • Ability to quickly orientate in unusual situations and problems
  • Computer literacy on level of advanced user
