Native English speakers Customer Care & Billing Support
Our client for this project is a leading provider of communications services connecting consumers and businesses through cloud-connected devices worldwide. They provide a robust suite of feature-rich residential and business communication solutions that offer flexibility, portability and ease-of-use for both landline and mobile phones.
Answer incoming calls from customers to answer inquiries and questions primarily about bills, handle complaints, troubleshoot problems and provide information. Take ad-hoc orders for additional features and handsets.
Main tasks are:
• handle customer inquiries both by phone and by email
• handle all billing enquires
• research required information using available resources
• manage and resolve customer complaints
• provide customers with product and service information
• enter new customer information into system
• update existing customer information
• process orders, forms and applications
• identify and escalate priority issues
• route calls to appropriate resource
• follow up customer calls where necessary
• document all call information according to standard operating procedures
• complete call logs
• Native level of English
• Dynamic, positive, hard-working & persuasive personality
• proficient in relevant computer applications
• required language proficiency
• knowledge of customer service principles and practices
• knowledge of call centre telephony and technology
• some experience in a call centre or customer service environment
• good data entry and typing skills
• knowledge of administration and clerical processes
