2nd level Support for Educational Technology
This vacant position servicing the Texas Instrument account; is for a technical support communication specialist, focusing on service excellence to promote the highest quality customer care to best support customer retention and the identification of new business opportunities. The successful candidate will have great phone/communication skills and as you would expect an aptitude for technology. All candidates must possess an excellent level of English.
• Excellent communication skills, fluent verbal and written in English language plus any secondary language.
• Nordic/German would be considered an advantage
• Technical aptitude, technical help desk experiences a must
• Customer oriented and motivated with the desire to succeed
• Interest in and willingness to work in an electronic environment
• Experience in software related roles including software deployment
• Experience in remote desktop management
• Experience with Windows OS and Mac OS
• Able to assist customers remotely with installation related issues on various platforms
• Experience in reconfiguring security profiles, proxy servers
• Knowledge of virtualization / cloud platforms
• Knowledge of MS Office, share point and Database Systems, Oracle applications
considered an asset
• Experience of working with or troubleshooting software problems desirable
• Honesty, integrity, accuracy and team spirit.
• Legally qualified applicants to work in the Czech Republic will have priority for immediate start
