Sales Lead Generation Specialist (native level English language)

You’ll report to one of our Team Managers in Prague and will work business hours in the UK, Monday to Friday.
As a Sales Lead Generation Specialist, you’ll be responsible for prospecting, qualifying and generating new sales leads.
You will be helped by Utilitywise’s custom-designed customer relationship management software, our training and monitoring programmes and advice and help from colleagues. Most of our interactions are via the telephone; you must have a professional phone manner and be comfortable interacting with clients over the telephone.
This is the perfect opportunity for anyone wanting to develop and further their career in lead generation/ pre-sales.
• To achieve daily/weekly/monthly lead generation targets.
• Identify and develop new business prospects.
• To accurately complete all customer details & sales information to the required standard.
• To adhere to compliance and quality standards at all times.
• Native level English speaker.
• A dynamic personality with a drive to reach decision makers is essential.
• Previous background in lead generation, pre-sales, sales – we welcome those from all direct sales backgrounds.
• Knowledge of the energy sector is useful but not essential because we offer a comprehensive training programme.
• Have the ability to communicate effectively and professionally to all customers.
• The ability to work as part of a team supporting colleagues where necessary.
• The ability to be self-motivated and focused on continually achieving and exceeding targets.
• Proactive and motivated approach to work.
