Women of Will: The Complete Journey by Tina Packer
A true tour de force performance, Women of Will: The Complete Journey is the masterful
summation of Tina Packer’s 40-plus years spent investigating all things Shakespeare, presented
in a five-part series. An expansive, thrilling, wholly engrossing look at the female characters in
Shakespeare’s plays, Women of Will: The Complete Journey is a triumph of theatre, called “lively
and illuminating…” (New York Times) and “Dazzling and illuminating…an intensely theatrical
experience.” (Boston Globe).

As You Like It by William Shakespeare
After triumphant performances last season in Prague, Český Krumlov and Houston, Texas (USA), PSF’s production of As You Like It, performed in English and featuring a multi-national cast of professional theatre artists, returns to Prague for a limited run at the Kolowratský palác. Set in the mythical Forest of Arden As You Like It is one of William Shakespeare’s most beloved and vibrant comedies. Sparkling with wit, this joyous tale of a girl disguised as a boy – who tempts the man she loves to fall for the boy she isn’t – is flavored with all the longing and pain of everyone’s first big romance. Uplifting, awe-inspiring and immense fun, Shakespeare’s wondrous comedy is a joyous celebration of the liberating power of love, the redeeming spirit of nature and speaks that unforgettable truth, “All the world’s a stage, and all the men and women merely players.”
Translation: Martin Hilský.
