Kalina cuisine & vins
If you want to experience a harmony of delicious meals and perfectly combined wines, come to visit the Dlouhá street in Old Town. The recognized chef Miroslav Kalina and the sommelier Vít Hepnar have joined their forces there in a unique restaurant concept which is highly praised among many visitors. Come see it for yourself and try their Easter menu with a cream of green peas with goat cheese mousse or a roasted dairy goatling with fricasee of spring vegetables and nettle filling. You can complete the six-course menu with the famously fitting wines and pay 1 350 CZK for the entire experience.

La Boucherie & Bistrot M.
Not too far from Kinského Gardens in Prague, there is a little corner of France with a focus on its authentic delicacies. The restaurant is renowned for its demanding and thoughtful owner and chef who takes care of the guests in person. During Easter holidays, your tastes will purr with pleasure over a roast beef served with some sauce Ravigote or a rack of lamb in a honey-thyme crust on a bed of flageolet beans. As one of the few restaurants, La Boucherie & Bistrot M. will serve a chocolate dessert – a cake with rum and passion fruit sauce. You can enjoy the four-course menu from 745 CZK without wine, for 895 CZK with wine included or you can make use of the favourable prices for two.

Despite being located in the twisted streets of the Little Quarter and the core of Prague, the Augustine restaurant is a pleasant and peaceful place where you will receive all the privacy you can ask for. You can also enjoy lunch or dinner in the upstairs suite with a 360° view at the picturesque “Mother of Cities”. The local chef Marek Fichtner, also known as a judge in the cooking TV show MasterChef, is famous for his creative combinations and unusual culinary procedures. This year he prepared a five-course festive menu and throughout the evening, you will taste his rabbit terrine with watercress and red radishes, a lamb fillet with Ramson crepinette and spring potatoes or a dandelion honey sponge with violet mascarpone. Let yourself be lured by a menu for 1 250 CZK, you won’t regret it.

Chateau St. Havel
If you fancy a little bit of a fairy tale castle atmosphere, do not hesitate to visit Chateau St. Havel situated in the calm surroundings of the Kunratický brook. Here, the recognized chef Ondřej Slanina combines traditional recipes with modern gastronomy and he uses ingredients mostly from local farmers. You can enjoy his legit festive menu which contains delicacies such as nettle cream with roasted chicken galantine, a confit lamb elbow on red wine or a honey cake with nut cream cheese. Additionally, there is a possibility to savour the meal in the charming indoor garden with a view to an English park. What more could you wish for, and for a pleasant price of 690 CZK for one menu.
Easter Menu @ Chateau St. Havel
The Argument restaurant in Bubeneč is a young and stylish location which unites a modern edge with a Thirties-inspired design. The eyes of visitors will be pleased by the exhibited graphics by Adolf Born and Tomáš Bíma and the interior aims for coziness and homely ease. The Easter weekend here will include the traditional terrine from a confit rabbit leg with peace puree, marinated fennel and nettle salsa, as well as a slowly roasted lamb leg filled with wild garlic or a grilled supreme with a pistachio crust.
