Lord of the Dance – Dangerous Games
The new Michael Flatley show coming to Czech Republic
The genius of Michael Flatley returns 20 years since he first brought Irish Dancing to the world stage with Lord of the Dance “Dangerous Games”. Audiences will enjoy breath taking new dances, state of the art visual technology, theatrical lighting, new sound, stunning costumes and a brand new score by music composer Gerard Fahy.
The characters have evolved into thrilling new personas reflecting the transformation of contemporary world. The Little Spirit, with gymnastic excellence draws the audience into the story where Don Dorcha and his followers become more powerful and fierce than ever before but on the other hand Lord of the Dance possesses more positive energy than ever. Can the Lord still win the battle?
Another battle, this time for the love of the Lord of the Dance impersonated by fantastic Flatley’s successors (excellent James Keegan at the Palladium), is fought between beautiful Saoirse and bewitching Morrighan. Audiences would also enjoy impressive songs sung by the charming singer or spellbinding melodies played by the 2 sexy violin players.
In a touching opening video sequence Michael Flatley will lead the audience on the journey from where he began to now, as he passes on his talent and charisma to a brilliant new Lord and cast.
This dramatic new version of the original Lord of the Dance reaches a crescendo with a nail biting duel between the new Lord and his dark nemesis Don Dorcha. As always the show finishes with its world famous encore that will leave audiences on their feet time and time again.
Good versus evil in the 21st century takes on a whole new meaning.
These are Dangerous Games!
