The path to Hora Haus starts with chef Christopher Hora, from Los Angeles and winds it’s way around the globe to Korunní 48. This journey has amassed experiences and techniques from 78 countries that find their way to the vintage mismatched plates at Hora Haus. These dishes come with vastly varied influences ranging from the many Michelin starred restaurants where our wandering chef has been to the street foods of every continent and everything in between. These experiences and the knowledge acquired with them makes it difficult to give Hora Haus a genre or a singular conceptual identifier to sum up the daily changing menu that shows itself sheets of butcher paper hung on a brick wall. Ever evolving in it’s offerings, the one constant is the unpretentious service of locally sourced products produced with the utmost skill.
Chef Hora comes to Prague with a team of two well oiled machines, Stefan Lange, who has run restaurants and hotels in almost every corner of the planet including Shanghai, where he met Hora, Stefan’s own restaurant. Julia Vanvlodorp was introduced to the crew in Berlin after heading up major event and PR branding based in Germany. Together these three have crafted something unique and yet familiar to anyone who has ever loved something they ate or a place they traveled. This is the goal and the determination of Hora Haus - To harken upon and create memories, giving our guests the pallet on which new memories can be made with friends both old and new. Wether these be friends sitting with you in the dining room or the friends made at our bar or kitchen you will leave with something you will desire always.
