Prague City Gallery's House at the Stone Bell is hosting an exhibit Jan Švankmajer: Dimensions of Dialogue - Between Film and Fine Art through February 3rd.

The exhibit showcases a wide biographical scope of one of the country’s top surrealist creators. As the title suggest, it is a confrontation between film and art and the way film influenced art and vice versa in Švankmajer’s work.

The exhibit is supplemented by a written commentary on the artist and his work in both Czech and English, called The Monograph.
