We are currently expanding and need people with strong personalities, bright minds and excellent communication skills to join our B2B Conference Teams.
The Sales Executive will need to work closely with various departments to generate sales strategies for new business and manage existing accounts.

Requirements:
· Motivation, passion, determination and a can-do attitude
· Serious career-minded professionals
· The ability to work independently and be self driven within a team structure
· The ability to negotiate at the highest level
· The ideal candidate will be a go-getter with the ability to work in a very autonomous environment
· The ability to strategically identify target audience and stay focused in placing outbound calls to achieve sales goals
· The ability to establish a long term relationship pipeline with key clients
· Fluent in Written & Spoken Russian. Fluent English will be an advantage.
· Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
· An analytical approach to problem solving
