I used to bank with KB also with Ebanka (now Raifhaissen) and I must say that Expat Centre is so much more helpful. Yes the monthly rates are a bit higher but when I lost my purse with all my credit cards Expat Centre was the BEST to deal with AND my insurance actually covered the lost penalty fee. Everyone there is extremely helpful and there are no queues.

I recently opened a bank account with expat centre and I have to say that the service was fantastic. Not speaking the language makes bureucratical dealings painful to say the least and the girls at expat center were extremely friendly, informed and able to take care of my needs. I wish all elements of relocation were as easy as creating a new bank account with expat center. Thank you, Adrian.
