We have created for you a place where you are able to find satisfaction from fantastic cuisine, mainly of French origin. Our young yet experienced team of chefs will prepare for you from the very best ingredients dishes which will satisfy patrons of classic French cuisine, but also discerning gastronomers. Apart from the regular menu and fresh, homemade bread, we will prepare for you something extra each day. For lovers of good wine, we have an interesting collection of carefully selected wines from the whole of France. The modern interior of the restaurant is a Design by De.Fakto, implemented in 2001 as "Cafe Atelier". Since then some detailed changes have been made to the space, which give the restaurant a new individual look. To this unique style, we have added a relaxed, family atmosphere, which with a combination of excellent food and wine turns restaurant Atelier into a place to which you will take a liking and want to return again and again. We usually serve the classic delicacy duckliver foie gras fried with acetobalsamic sauce, which gives it the perfect taste. In the fall, we will prepare foie gras flavoured with Calvados and baked with a delicious cinnamon/apple flavouring. To accompany these starters we recommend Gaillac doux white wine from the south/west region of France. Fish dishes are a favourite. In the restaurant Atelier we prepare fish in a variety of appetizing ways. The most popular is a dish from butterfish. Slivers of butterfish are baked with dried tomatoes wrapped in parma ham. It is then up to you if you would like to enjoy the fish in the pleasantly salty taste of the ham or give precedence to the delicate flesh of the fish itself. With it we serve a fresh tomato sauce with olives, and mashed potatoes. We have at your disposal two separate areas with a capacity of 22+22 seating places or up to 75 places for less formal occasions. In the summer months we open our garden in the courtyard underneath the trees with a capacity of 22 seating places.
