I just visited the Cybex gym in my search for a good gym here and I think I have found my winner. I had tried a couple other places which were decent but lacked one main quality, not crowded. I hate gyms where you have to wait for machines and you feel rushed by people lingering around when you are on the mats, so it was a nice change to visit cybex. The facilities are immaculate and the staff are very friendly. They also have trainers available to give you help with new machines and show you how they work and what are the best settings. The running machines (a big must in my book) are in great condition and the air remains fresh and cool. I have a couple more gyms to look at before I decide but I think this is the one for me.
