This is the office of VZP that deals with foreigners. Find it just off the circle at Vitezne namesti. The offices are located on the 2nd floor. You are expected to note your place in 'line' as you arrive and enter an office when the green light appears signaling they are available. M 8:00 - 17:00 T 8:00 - 16:00 W 8:00 - 17:00 T 8:00 - 16:00 F 8:00 - 13:30 The ladies there are generally kind and helpful. And the process quite painless.
