Hot Yoga Prague offers 90-minute classes of traditional asanas, pranayama breathing, relaxation, and meditation in a heated room. The heat is designed to help students stretch stiff muscles and ligaments while sweating out stress and toxins. Each pose is held for thirty seconds to one minute, building strength, flexibility and mental concentration throughout a series of thirty traditional asanas that cleanse and revitalize the organs, balance hormonal systems, normalize weight, and enhance mental and emotional tranquility while improving strength and flexibility in the muscles, joints and skeletal system.

price: 180 Kc - per class, 2000 Kc - unlimited month pass (begins on first of the month)

Come to class with a towel, 1.5L of water, and a shirt or sports bra and shorts to exercise in. Drink plenty of water throughout the day before yoga, and refrain from eating two hours before class begins.

Mats, changing room, and shower are provided. Classes are taught in Czech and English, as students require. In addition, our qualified instructors are able to give instruction in additional languages if necessary. More class times will become available in the future according to demand.

Students of all levels are welcome, from complete beginners to advanced practioners of yoga.
