MacSource s.r.o /CompuSource. is a single-source direct reseller of name-brand IT products and services to the fast growing Small Office/Home Office and Small and Medium Business/Enterprise market. MacSource resells PC IT and Apple architecture-based products, and has served the Central European technology community since 1991. MacSourcefeatures tens of thousands of products and services from thousands of vendors; the majority of our product offering is available for same-day or next day shipping. MacSource provides technology products and services through multiple demand generation and sales channels, including print and e-catalogs, inbound and outbound telesales, outbound account managers and a direct sales force. In addition we have extensive e-business capabilities through a general web shopping center CompuSource lets customers concentrate on their businesses, not on managing the IT services and technology procurement process through multiple sources. Company History MacSource was founded in 1991 as one of the first Authorized Apple Dealers in what was then Czechoslovakia. The company grew to be the largest Apple Dealer by 1996, at which point we added PC-based products and adopted the alternate brand name of CompuSource. We also began to distribute third party peripheral products to our own dealer channel of over 100 qualified computer professionals in the Czech and Slovak Republics. We added the internet as an information and fulfillment medium in 1999. The company began its transition as a B2B supplier in 1999, and began extending its portfolio from pure product to include reselling IT-related services and custom software solutions in 2000. Our recent acquisition of SIR Computer Corporation has ensured our position as the overwhelming market leader in Publishing and Print System. We expect our yearly revenues to surpass Euro 7 000 000,-. Today, the company serves the small-to-medium and enterprise business markets with a broad offering of IT-based services and products, and continues to actively support the Mac technology base as well.
