Changing spol s r.o. business activity

Hi! If I owned a spol s r.o. for traslating, for example, how difficult would it be to add, say, restaurant services to the statutes? Is there any comparison with off-the-shelf companies that are for sale commonly? Anyone know?

Looks like you are trying to dig your self out of a hole without telling all.

Just try change it with a lawyer, cost you very little, providing you get a lawyer not based in P1 and P2.

Off the self comapanies will take max price from you, don't even give the them the chance.

Hi Karl - I'm simply trying to branch out, and I don't want an off-the-shelf company, I only mentioned such companies because it would seem that their statutes would have to be amended. I would rather not create a whole new company, hence my interest in adding an activity to my existing company. I will consult an attorney on the matter - I was just wondering if anyone out there had done such a thing.

recently changed a lot of activities in one company thats growing. Used a lawyer and the job was done I guess you could do it on your current spol. s r.o. I suggest you have a talk with a lawyer for 1 hr consultation, it can help providing its not expensive and secondly the lawyer will listen. A second compamy is a non starter, more expense on accounting etc, do all you can to register all activities on one company, activities that are within reason of the market you want to serve.

Def talk to a lawyer, but I imagine it would just be a case of having him/her amend the paperwork legally establishing the s.r.o. and updating the Commercial Registry.
