Christopher, I think think the issue is needing a US bank account to receive the money, so CZ companies wanting to use the payment system would have a more difficult time. As far a logging in to your current account, i do not see why that would be a problem. I know a couple small e-vendors here who use Paypal to accept payment. They simply collect the cash in a US account.. |

Paypal wasn't usable in this country until recently, and even now it isn't possible to take money out in this country. However, people can still send money to Paypal accounts from here. |

Actually, a few years ago, Paypal would lock your account for even logging in from CZ. Happened to me and it was a bitch to get it unlocked. That seems to have changed now.
You can get a Paypal debit card that you can use to either purchase stuff anywhere that takes Master Card for no charge or you can withdraw cash from bankomats for $1 per transaction. Easiest way to get money out of Paypal. |

Works for me. It is like a normal Master Card debit card. Works anywhere a mastercard works. |

You could always use an anonymous server to login with PayPal.
