Is there a Czech Personal Bankruptcy Law?
Is there such a thing as a debtor's prison in the Czech Republic?

It seems there is a law pending. But what if someone, say, tomorrow, said, "I can't pay my debts. Sorry." What would happen to that person?
Case examples?
