Not certain if this will help anyone but I had a terrible time with the Czech Post when I first got here. I don't have enough time in the day to fight with those folks. But I rented a pobox at pobox24.cz and they saved me. I can go over and get my mail from my own po box whenever it suits me, and I don't have to miss work to do it.
