seeking recommendation for english speaking czech tax advisor

Hi all. I am an American living in Prague who is self employed who invoices firms almost exclusively outside of the Czech Republic. I also have contract work done in the U.S., as my cost base. I am about to get permanent residency as I have a Czech partner. I am in desperate search of a tax adviser to do my taxes who is reputable, communicates well, and will not rip me off. My experience yet so far with Czech tax advisers is that they charge five times as much as their American counterparts, including fees for basic communication that I find absurd. I realize I could just use an accountant but I thought a registered tax adviser was better for legal purposes.
Maybe I have unrealistic expectations about fees. Or maybe just getting someone who speaks English means paying more. In any case, I would love some advice!
