Dear all, i plant open a pension/hostel in prague, anybody know how to apply trade permit for pension/guesthouse/hostel? i hear it many hostel are illegal(no permit) is true?

Not sure if there are many "illegal" hostels any more, first you will need to create an s.r.o (limited liability company) then you will need several trade licenses that I can think of, best would be to a lawyer and have him help you get started.
