WARNING! Raffeisen Bank E-Konto users

Apparently, Raffeisen Bank just "upgraded" the ONLINE "E-Konto" banking pages.

Please be aware, if you use the system to make payments...
When setting up a Payment Order on the previous version, there was a button below the info section that said "USE PATTERN".

It's now been replaced by a drop-down menu at the top marked "USE TEMPLATES".

IF YOU USE THE TEMPLATES, CHECK ALL THE INFORMATION BEFORE MAKING A PAYMENT!

I made a payment to T-Mobile using the template that I had set up and used monthly (as "pattern"). After the "upgrade", the template suddenly had the account number from a Eurotel (O2) account that I hadn't had in over 8 years.

So, money was taken out of my account for two payments which went to dead accounts, because of RB's technical screwup (and because I assumed it was ok, and didn't check). After figuring out the error, I checked all of the "templates" and found that I suddenly had 15 instead of 7, and most of them were using info from 7-10 years ago.

So, a word to the wise...
