Difficult to get into Charles University???

So my fiance applied to one of the masters programs that Charles University offers. We find out if she is accepted or not next month, but the wait is a killer!

How hard is it to get accepted into their masters program taught in english? We are a little worried because her GPA was around 3.0, but that was because she was taking 25+ credits a term to complete a double major in four years.

Anyone have any experiance with the university or know someone who has attended?
