US Grill in CZ

I am moving to Prague in June, and my family does a lot of grilling. Does anyone know if a US grill will work on the propane/butane fuel used in CZ? Does anyone know what adapters would be required to connect a tank purchased in CZ to a US grill?

I do have A Napoleon PF 600 and it works, but I bought it in Germany. But I know a Czech who could adapt it for you, he is quite skillfull and reliable and charges 250 CZK(12.5 $)/hour for work like this and other stuff (plumbing, electricity, carpenter stuff.....).

and where you are grilling ? Do you know some place in Prague or surroundings where you can use your grill. I rather not to risk and make it in public park

You can purchase Weber grills and all the accessories including standard propane canisters. The cannister sizes are universal.
