Can anybody recommend a good one? One that speaks English...

no, i haven't. have you got any experience with their ent specialist? according to her website she seems more like a beautician than a proper ent doctor. i need someone for my 3-year-old

No its a regular clinic, they basically act as a referral to english speaking services you need. I had an eye infection and they sent me to an english speaking eye specialist so I imagine they do the same with ear, nose and throat specialists as well.
