Coronary Thrombosis aka Heart Attack aka Stroke is the formation of blood clot in the artery to the heart. There are many branches of the heart artery. Depending on which part of the heart (or coronary) artery a blood clot blocks, an attack may result in death or just the section of the heart deprived of nutrition being damaged.
***A natural method of handling this condition is to eat whole grain products and vegetables (both of which are good sources of Vitamin E, the safest anti-coagulant). Taking Vitamin E supplement may initially cause an increase in blood pressure due to the muscle toning effect of Vitamin E; but in moderate amount, it is very precautionary against coronary and cerebral problems.
Cholesterol is a fatty substance that collects inside the walls of blood vessels, narrowing the passage size and making it difficult for blood to flow through. As one gets older, it eventually leads to hardening of the arteries. This deposition makes it difficult for blood to flow, which in turn causes the heart to work harder, thus resulting in high blood pressure.
***Vitamin C and Vitamin P are known to maintain vascular integrity. Vitamin C and Vitamin P can help prevent stroke and hemorrhage of the heart and the brain. A deficiency in Vitamin P often leads to fragility in blood vessel walls - the walls rupture easily, causing hemorrhages and bruises.
High Blood Pressure (BP) – While high blood pressure is a dis-ease, it is in fact an indication that something is not functioning properly somewhere in the body. High blood pressure is simply the result of the heart exerting more pressure than normal to carry out its functions, which of course raises the blood pressure.
***A diet rich in Vitamin B (a blood pressure adjuster), Vitamin C (a blood pressure tissue strengthener, cholesterol reducer and an effective anti-toxin) and Vitamin E (an anti-coagulant) or their supplements will help balance the blood pressure and eventually alleviate the dis-ease.
Possible Causes of high blood pressure:
1. Too much salt intake, which can overload the kidneys,
2. Stress from overworked or emotional problems,
3. Overweight,
4. Constipation,
5. Too much alcohol,
6. Too much coffee,
7. Too much tobacco,
8. General infections
A trick to maintaining good health is to help get your body into an alkaline state by eating lots of fruits and vegetables. An acidic body always results in poor health conditions. A ripe banana (preferably one with brown spots) once or twice a day also have an alkaline reaction in the body.
