apply job from home or in Prague

I hope that someone can help me to answer my doubt. My husband will be relocated to Prague and I will tag along. My husband has his work permit and long-term visa; and as of myself, I have only a long-term visa. I would really like to work in Prague and my background is IT business analyst in insurance and mining industries. I am also open and eager to learn other industries. I gathered various opinions from websites and they suggest differently. Now I am very confused. Therefore, I would like to ask your suggestion and opinion. Is it possible for me to get a similar job in Prague? Should I apply from home rather than waiting until I am in Prague? Do you have any tips and tricks during job interviews if I do not have a work permit? Should I start with taking my TEFL certification first to teach English classes while looking for IT business analysis job?
