Salary Tax refund for 2009

Could anybody help me to find an affordable tax advisor in Prague that speaks English?
I am Romanian(part of EU) and I have worked in 2009 under a Czech contract from Jan until end May in Prague. From June I moved to Berlin and did not work or got any additional income.
As the taxes on salary are calculated on an yearly base, I think I should be getting part of the taxes back.
Please help me with any advice!
