Best place for pig knee?

I know this sounds strange, but I think half the reason I'm going to Prague is a dish that I saw on some travel show. It was a roasted pig knee, and there was also some strong cheese and great looking bread. I was wondering where would be the best place to down a couple pints and sample this awesome looking meal?
