Journalist looking to discover the real Prague

I'm a journalist and will be in Prague from Wednesday next week for a few days writing a feature about the city.

I'd love to hear from people living in Prague who could show me the 'real' city - from the lesser-visited sights to the essential places to go out in the evening. Prague tends to have a bit of a bad rep due to stag weekends and all, so I'd like to discover the cool spots that people in their 20s and 30s really go to.

I don't speak Czech but I am fluent in English, French and Italian. Of course, my Czech may become fluent after a glass of wine or two!
