need apartment in Hradec Králové

Hi everybody

My son will be attending Charles University in Hradec Králové for dentistry this coming September. We are both visiting Hradec Králové in the next few days (25th-28th July) in order to meet University personnel but more importantly, starting the scarey process of finding some decent rented accomodation for him (the Uni accomodation isn't really great).

Any advice as to where we start so we are dealing with reputable people and don't have 'agencies' creaming a slice off us.

Any help /advice appreciated
