Property prices falling?.....

I am a 35 year old singer from Liverpool, England who is currently living in Prague and working as a financial sales coordinator for deVere and Partners, the world's largest offshore financial consultancy. A few people have told me that the property prices in Prague are soon to fall, can anybody out there with a knowledge of this subject comment on this matter please?

Yes they are falling, globally as well of course, but Czech prices are dropping. It is mainly happening in the super inflated areas which had huge growth. Also read an article which was intereting that although prices seemed to be advertised for same price they are actually selling for a lot less. Also Czechs are now starting to bargain on price, something they weren't so willing to do several years ago.
