What kind of agency should I contact in order to be able to rent a 1+1/1kk flat without paying any other fees to them? Thanks for your answers.

Individual owners, most agencies charge a commission it is how they make their money. There are some individual owners listing their properties on the site as well, check out the featured flats on ptv real estate: http://prague.tv/realestate/

Thanks for the tip. I saw something also on Classified in the newspapers, but it's harder for me to find out more, because I'm not in CR.

Todd is right most companies charge both the landlord and the tenant a months rental fee. Though my company is one of the few that don't charge tenants anything.

You could also explore website's where individual owners list their properties such as www.bezreality.cz (not sure how good your Czech is though).
