You could try Smichov, Karlin, Dejvice, Letna, Holesovice, Vrsovice, Brevnov, Zizkov, to name a few. All should be cheaper than Vinohrady but hopefully still nice. |

Hello,
My wife and i have a flat in melnik on the road PRASKA. Beutifull town and loads of great bars! Its about a 30-45 minute bus ride to Holesovice. it has 3 bedrooms lounge and normal czech toilet and bathroom, drustevni style. It will be renovated soon hopefully but we are looking for about 15-18000 cz a month.
Its part of a block, but on the ground floor, peacefull and quiet, close to the river and a 10 minute walk to centre.
Its 88 sq/m with lots of space. We have been renting it out for 4 years now but want some long term tenents as the others are moving out.
If you would consider this then e-mail darrenchopper@yahoo.co.uk |

Hi, seeking an affordable flat in Prague for long term rent. Would consider flat share - reliable, employed, British male.. arrive in late August. I am not interested in ground floor flats.

Vinohrady in da house.
If you seek the most beautiful, quiet part of prague, where you can walk down the hill to be in the center, tons of nightlife and entertainment, clean air, easy access to public trasport, and all around urban livability, sure it costs a bit more, but is well worth it.
P2, its where you wanna be... |

Hey Anya an Aussie in Prague woo hoo! I am set to move over there early Feb 07. I am so nervous and excited. How are you finding it all so far? My parents are of Czech/Slovak descent so I hear all the old time stories from them but I know the countries have changed!! hehe |

Hi. I lived in Prague for two years. I found a very nice apartments in Prague 7, near Vltavska metro station. I could reach the center of Prague in very few minutes by tram or underground. Furthermore Holesovice is really nice. I found the apartment in the web at the following link:
