Customer service jobs for English speakers in Prague?

I have seen a couple of websites with jobs for English speakers in the Customer Service industry.

Let me ask a basic, general question: For someone like myself who is considering relocating to Prague, even if only for a year or so, and not knowing the native language, is a job like this my best possibility?

Any other insights or suggestions are certainly welcome. I am also considering Kosice in Slovakia, but that is a far second choice compared to Prague.
