How I can get info on residency permit? I am citizen of USA and have business in Prague.

I'd go the relcoation service route if you have never done it before. Then in following years, once you know the docs you need, you can do it on your own if interested.

I have one woman who does it for me. I used to do solo, but once i found out how inexpensive it was vs the hassle i now opt to pay and be done with it. Luckily, now you also have the chance to get the 2 year visa so the hassle is halved.
