Self-employed visa procedures?

Hello, I'm an Argentinian (Non-UE) English-Spanish translator who would like to live and work legally in Czech Republic. I have been successfully freelancing for 4 years now and would continue freelancing in CZ.
I would like to know my options and the visa procedures. The information I found is not clear about this.
I know there is a new scoring system for Qualified Foreign Workers, but apparently a job offer is needed in order to be eligible (not self-employed). So my questions are:
1. Is there a visa for self-employed people? Which are the requisites and visa procedures?
2. Do I need to get a Zivnostensky in order to apply for a visa? If so, how can get this in Argentina? Or can I apply under a different visa system?

Visa procedures have become much easier this past year but still after all the bob attacks all over the world , the admission is tough if you do not get it adress the Global Visas Complaints office for help.
