Hi,
can anyone please tell me what an US citizen needs in order to set up s.r.o. in CZ without using any agency? Considering I have Czech gf, who would do the running around it? What documents do I need to bring from US? Thanx

but that article does not say what kind of paper work do I need to submit. I know what what does it take for a czech person to creat an s.r.o. but since I do not have trvaly pobyt in CZ I do not think I can obtain those documents there....

Bring your birth certificate..

Most of it you'll have to do here - acquiring an address, appropriate biz licenses, etc.. and just so you know: you'll have to engage the services of a lawyer .. you do not have to use of the services, but you'll need a lawyer for certain steps// ( i did it this way. ) If you need a contact, drop me an email.
