but that article does not say what kind of paper work do I need to submit. I know what what does it take for a czech person to creat an s.r.o. but since I do not have trvaly pobyt in CZ I do not think I can obtain those documents there.... |

Most of it you'll have to do here - acquiring an address, appropriate biz licenses, etc.. and just so you know: you'll have to engage the services of a lawyer .. you do not have to use of the services, but you'll need a lawyer for certain steps// ( i did it this way. ) If you need a contact, drop me an email.

The best is to set a business first (someone can do it for you in CZ) then apply for a business visa. The whole process should take about 3-4 months. Best is to come to CZ with long stay visa, as there will be no need to travel out of the CZ to some embassy to apply. We can provide you with full assistance regarding this matter.

Paulrm:) It wasn't an answer to you, but general answer to a Question in Q&A about s.r.o. company set up. The visa requirements keep changing all the time and someone else might want to know what to do currently - 6 years later the first post.
