small salary...

Hello!

i received an offer from Global Telesales in Brno...they give me 18 000 CZK/MONTH and this is deductible.
regarding the monthly rent, and other payments, please tell me if this is enough for one person to live a decent life in Brno?Because it seems to me that is a pretty small salary...

That's ridiculously small, and the company sounds a bit fishy.

The average salary in the CR in 2009 was around 23,000Kc (http://www.radio.cz/en/news/122901#5). Entry-level, non-professional positions in Prague are typically paid 15,000 - 25,000 Kc/mth. Not sure what the position you were offered is but if it is entry level 18K is probably to be expected. Having said that, it is low, and you wont be saving much (if anything). Search the forums on this site for more about salaries and the cost of living in Brno.
