There is a LOT of confusion (when you can even find someone who knows what you are talking about) about work permits and visas for living in Prague (CZ).
I was lucky enough to find a company that took care of all my paperwork before I even arrived in Prague: www.companyconsults.cz. Their website is kinda confusing, but the people are first rate. They took really goo care of me, and even arranged for me to rent a po box so that I would have a physical business street address.
If you need a business reference for these folks, just let me know.
