I'm in the same position as you. Haven't managed to play for years virtually although I played as goalkeeper for abt 10 years before.

Did you check out the place Todd points out ? Any opportunities for individuals ?

There are a couple of Expat teams, IFC, Dynamo Zizkov and Partizan Prague. They all have 5-6 aside practices during the week. Partizan contact is below, not sure if the others have websites.

IFC Prague train in Zizkov every Wednesday night (basically 5-a-side) and then play 11-a-side games at weekends.
