Golf in and around Prague

Hi
I am moving out to prague jan next year and would appreciate some info or advice.
I would like to know if there are any Golf Societies that play regular that I can join.
and what courses do they recomend, price quality etc
I am still wondering if I am going to bring the car over from the uk so I will prob will have to lug the clubs around the public transport..is this possible or is there an alternative?

Thanks and look forward to your replies and also would like to hear from any expat (or Czech) golfing addicts that would like to meet up for a couple of rounds.
