Connect an American/Japanese dvd/video player to a Czech TV

I was wondering if anyone knows what I need to connect an American/Japanese dvd/video player to a Czech TV. I know that it probably is a pain to do, but the one I've got makes it worthwhile for me to figure this out...

To a CZ TV? should be a normal cable - scart or rca right? Unless it was some crazy old box, really should not be an issue at all.

If the czech tv is dual (ie. takes NTSC and PAL/SECAM) than, it should allow NTSC dvds to be viewed. Alot of the new tvs are, so I've heard.

Your American DVD player will be NTSC.

Yeah, aren't almost all TVs and DVDs dual these days?
