need fiber optic net connection

I need to upload about 50 gigabytes of data. This would take forever on any connection except fiber optic (i'm told).

My friend working for 02 does not have an amazingly fast upload speed. I don't know where else to look. Any ideas?

No, don;t know about fiber optic connections. Hand delivery/transfer probably cheaper.

But ... if you do find one, maybe you could also get a new IBM Blue Gene/P computer and you could become a sort of demigod.
