Virus Spreading Via Skype?

Strange things are happening on Skype.

Twice today I've had a string of messages from friends that look like this:

[18:34:03] TK says: I used photoshop and edited it
[18:34:08] TK says: [URL DELETED]
[18:34:18] TK says: what ur friend name wich is in photo ?
[18:34:22] TK says: (devil)
[18:34:57] TK says: how are u ? :)
[18:35:02] TK says: how are u ? :)
[18:35:17] TK says: look
[18:35:18] TK says: I used photoshop and edited it

Clicking the URL leads to some kind of dodgy download that presumably sends the same sort of messages to your Skype contacts.
