I wanted to share my experiences about tefl.
Took mine with TEFL-Prague/ITTP.

It lived up to all my expectations and got me my job teaching English here in Brno (the big village about 200km East of Prague).
This guy wrote an online diary while he was on his course with them (under the heading 'Prague 2006'):

I think that with any tefl course you need to look at what your objectives are.
Mine were to come to Prague and get certified so I could teach English in Brno, and that has happened for me.
If you just want to come over to get drunk lots and teach the odd lesson here and there I would recommend not getting certified and instead teaching privately.
