Czech Airlines Offer To Take Stranded Sky Europe's Customers Is A LIE!

Called Czech Airlines to fly me back to Prague on 10 Sept over a week ago (1 Sept) since I'm in Turkey now and I have no return flight after Sky Europe went busted. The call center people charged my debit card and gave me a confirmation number. I sent the receipt of my Sky Europe to their call center email but I have not heard from them so I wrote to them via their feedback a day later. Apparently they are sleeping at their jobs since I got 2 emails this morning (8 Sept) asking for my Sky Europe flight receipt before they can issue me a stand by ticket. I quickly then send an email and fax them the receipt.

Then at 5p.m today, I got a called from them speaking in Czech. Hello, I have a foreign name and yet they want to talk to me about a problem in Czech. THEY WILL NOT HONOR MY RETURN FLIGHT because the agent MADE A MISTAKE and I have to pay 7000Czk to fly with them. I only know about this matter 2 days before my flight. This is even better that I have to find this out by calling them long distance from Turkey after I could not understand their Czech. This is GREAT. The lady asked me to write a complain to their email (impossible and defunct since they lost most of their incoming mails most of the times) and the STUPID supervisor if there is one, is not available.

Now, I just canceled my connecting flight from Cappadocia to Istanbul on 9 Sept to connect with my so called Czech Airline flight on 10 Sept. Instead, I have to buy a fresh ticket on another day back to Istanbul since the other airline does not fly on 10 Sept and I have to land in Germany and then take a bus home back to Prague. This is fantastic.

For you folks out there, please don't believe a corporation like the Czech Airline since they DON'T HONOR their words and even though their agents made a mistake, it's the customer that will bear the consequences. BEWARE, don't fly them or they will mess up your lives.

I'm the living example now. Not only am I losing money but valuable time and patience. Imagine, if I'm short on cash, I might need to go to embassy for HELP since I'm stranded in a foreign land.
